Hey there! No pressure to pick a package before arriving at camp. But hey, if you could give us a heads-up on which package you're most interested in. If you are looking to hunt more than one package or having a hard time deciding between packages go ahead and select multiple boxes. It would be super helpful! It'll give us a chance to get everything ready and build some excitement among the team before you even set foot in camp!
Deposit:
Non-Refundable deposit of $1,500 is due upon the date of this agreement.
The remaining $1,500 of the daily rate is due 5 days before arrival in camp. If you would like us to use the same card to process that payment on that day, we can. Alternatively, you can click the box if you would like to make other payment arrangements on that day.
Any additional hunt balances are due One day prior to departure from the camp.

Our daily rates for a 10-day safari include:
Pick-up and drop-off from the airport, 10-day accommodations, professional hunter services, skilled skinners and trackers, and the careful handling of all your trophies, including skinning, caping, and transportation to a local taxidermist. Additionally, enjoy maid service with daily laundry provided at the end of your bed. We also provide meals, coffee, tea, water, soda, and local beer throughout your stay. And of course, our team is dedicated to ensuring your experience is unforgettable, with all the smiles and assistance to make it the greatest hunting camp you've ever arrived at.
Excluded: Airfare travel; pre and post Safari Accommodation; firearm permit; firearm rental; Taxidermy fees; trophy export fees; trophy shipping; travel insurance; gratuities.
